Kappal Neram Pipeline is a personal command-line program, run locally by its author to assemble music videos and publish them to the author's own YouTube channel. It is not a commercial product, not a hosted service, and is not offered to the public. There is no account to create and nothing to purchase.
The program is operated by its author on their own material and their own channel. Anyone who obtains a copy and runs it does so on their own account, and is responsible for holding the rights to whatever they publish, and for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Videos published through this program carry YouTube's altered-or-synthetic content disclosure where it applies, because the music and the still images are generated with AI tools. Responsibility for what is published rests with the person operating the program.
The program is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may fail, produce unusable output, or stop working when an external service changes. Its author accepts no liability for any loss arising from its use, including lost files, lost credits with third-party services, or anything published in error.
The program depends on services operated by others, including YouTube and image-generation APIs. Those services have their own terms, their own charges and their own limits, and may change or withdraw at any time.
